In 2014, Peter Phong set out to create a menu of amazing food from Eva's original recipes.  Always made-to-order and with the choicest and freshness ingredients in mind, Chasons quickly became a destination for seafood lovers.  From experimenting with sauces and spices in their home kitchen, Chasons quickly rose to prominence and established itself as the Top Seafood Restaurant in Elk Grove by Yelp, Trip Advisor, and ThreeBestRated.  Come visit us and see why regulars come daily!  We are Elk Grove's best kept secret.

Peter Phong began working at Welco Supermarket, the family's business when he was 12 years old.  For the next 10 years, he learned about serving customers, inventory tracking, logistics, marketing, and operations.  At 19 years old, Peter became the General Manager at Casino Marysville where he also managed a full restaurant and bar, his first introduction to the food and beverage industry.  His passion grew to creating new concepts to serve great food to great guests with great service.  Thus, in 2013, Peter began his next venture by founding Chasons.
